Trace Adkins sure knows how to make a splash. Joining Twitter, he made a fine how-do-you-do post that let fans know he was getting treated for kidney stones, and that it was “no big deal”; and as a ‘bonus’ he tweeted a snazzy photo of his naked backside peeking out from his hospital gown.
