Kenny Chesney, Carrie Underwood, Lady Antebellum, Little Big Town, Brad Paisley, and the Zac Brown Band are among the artists who will perform next month at the 2012 CMT Music Awards.

The award show will be held June 6 in Nashville, and air live on CMT and CMT.com. Tickets to see the show in person will be available beginning May 21.

Nominees for this year’s CMT Music Awards were announced last month, and artists leading the list of nominees include Carrie Underwood, Lady Antebellum, Jason Aldean, Taylor Swift, and the Civil Wars.

Fans can now vote for their favorites in the key categories. The five nominees for the Video of the Year category will then be unveiled the night of the ceremony (and further fan voting will take place that night).
