Nashville Hotline: Taylor Swift Donates $4 Million To Open “Taylor Swift Education Center”

The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum is about to get a new education center, which evidently, doesn’t come cheap.

Taylor Swift has pledged $4 million towards the new center, which will be named after her.

The Taylor Swift Education Center will include three classrooms and an exhibit gallery.

Taylor also has fans at Bloomingdale’s Children’s Neuroblastoma Cancer Foundation, who are rooting for her to win the CMT Awards.  If she wins, CMT will make a donation to their cause.

Lady Antebellum raised some serious dough to benefit the town of Henryville, which was destroyed by a tornado. Just how much did they raise?

Toby Keith tickets for his September concert at the First Midwest Bank Amphitheater go on sale Saturday morning.

Happy birthday to George Strait.

And finally, our condolences are with friends and family of former US99.5 DJ Cal Daniels. (Click here to read Ramblin’ Ray’s blog entry on Cal.)
