Miranda Lambert must be a bit of a dog whisperer! It seems there is always a dog waiting in the shadows as she passes by, that commands her attention. Over the long weekend Miranda shared with her followers on Twitter the good news that she rescued another puppy. See photos below.

Country music’s reigning power couple, Miranda and Blake Shelton, already have eight dogs in the pack and this is the second puppy she’s rescued in about 6 months.

Miranda will be holding her 5th annual Cause For The Paws event at Ford Park in Beaumont, TX on Friday, June 22nd. The concert featuring Miranda along with special guests Wade Bowen and Josh Abbott Band benefits Miranda’s MuttNation Foundation.
