Last weekend was a blast at Wrigley Field with Brad Paisley! He says he’s been working hard on new music. “As of, like, this week,” Brad says, “I’m busting at the seams for people to hear it. I finally am at that point.”
So what can we expect the new music to sound like? Well, he doesn’t give away all the details. “I cannot believe what I’ve come up with already.” Intriguing!
On the stage at Wrigley, Brad’s friend Carrie Underwood joined him– via hologram.
Doing a duet through the magic of technology isn’t the weirdest thing Carrie’s ever experienced though. She says that sometimes fans have no boundaries when it comes to autographs and what they want signed.
“I signed a diaper once,” Carrie admits. Although she assures us that “it was not used.” Whew!
The list goes on though. “I’ve signed body parts… Any body parts– it was intoxicated people. It was just easier to sign them instead of argue with them. ‘Don’t you have something else like a piece of paper?’”
And it was a piece of paper that sealed the deal parting Ronnie Dunn with his former record label. Ronnie summed it up with a simple post on his Facebook page: “Deal with Sony is over. Next chapter.”
