Apparently, not even a country music superstar is above the law…or is he?

Jason Aldean had a little run in with the law while doing some swimming, and it ended up all over his Twitter account.

According to his timeline, Aldean was cited and fined $100 for swimming in water that was deemed dangerous. What seems a little suspect is that he points out that there were dozens of other swimmers and he was singled out (along with a 12-year old child).

Jason went on to tweet:

Dear officer who gave me a ticket on the beach today for swimming in the water with double red flags.. Thanx for the warning Barney Fife!

However, we’re still wondering whether the whole ordeal was real or if Jason is just trying to cover things up after the Twitter rant?
