Is being online too much causing you stress, or do you think that’s a bunch of bunk?
A new study is showing that being online too much can cause stress, sleeping disorders, depression, time pressure, deflect from social interaction, sleep and physical activity as well as mental overload.
There is also a link between stress and always being available by phone because you never feel free and can’t separate work and your private life.
