The Eli Young Band has finally overtaken Brantley Gilbert, with their hit song, “Even If It Breaks My Heart”, knocking Gilbert’s “You Don’t Know Her Like I Do” all the way down to the #5 spot.

Moving up into the runner-up position is Dierks Bentley‘s “5-1-5-0″, followed by Kenny Chesney‘s “Come Over”.

Gloriana enters the Top 5 at #4 with “(Kissed You) Good Night”.

Can Eli Young Band hold on to the top spot, or is Dierks poised to take over #1.
