While doing press to promote his new show, “The Next,” which debuts tonight on the CW, Joe Jonas was asked about Taylor Swift’s song, We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together”.

He says it is definitely not about him because they never tried to get back together! He also said that he believes he is still on good terms with Swift, catching up with her, “as much as we can”. (Probably a good idea to stay on her good side!)

Do you think it could be about John Mayer or Taylor Lautner, even though there has already been songs about them?

I guess time will tell. As for the subject of Taylor’s future hit songs, she is reportedly still dating Conor Kennedy.
