Carrie Underwood has sold the house she purchased in 2005 after her break through “American Idol” victory.
According to TMZ.com, the country music superstar sold the home for a modest $372,500.
The house boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms and is located in Franklin, Tennessee, home to many country music stars and celebrities.
With Carrie in the midst of her Blown Away Tour, and splitting time between Canada and the U.S. with hubby and Nashville Predators hockey stud, Mike Fisher, the home apparently became expendable.
Even with the news of the sale, Carrie will not be leaving Nashville for good, as they purchased an enormous plot of land in Nashville in 2011 to build their future together (and dream home).
