Keith Urban To Be Joined By Miguel On GRAMMY Nominations Concert 2013

Details are emerging about this weekend’s star-studded GRAMMY nominations event, officially dubbed The GRAMMY Nominations Concert Live!! — Countdown to Music’s Biggest Night, set for this Friday at Los Angeles’ Nokia Theatre L.A. Live. The latest is: Keith Urban with be paired up with R&B upstart Miguel for a rendition of Bill Withers‘ classic, “Ain’t No Sunshine.”

Performances from Taylor Swift and Katy Perry will also be part of the nominations broadcast, although both stars will appear via pre-taped segments.

Also lately annoucned, alt-rock breakout artist Lorde will perform. She joins previously announced performers Drake, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and Robin Thicke, with Thicke scheduled to deliver an exclusive concert following the nominations event for those lucky enough to be in attendance.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Thicke will team up with rapper T.I. and members of R&B legends Earth, Wind & Fire to perform “Blurred Lines” during the telecast.

The GRAMMY Nominations Concert Live!!! airs Friday, December 6, at 10 p.m. ET on CBS. The 56th Annual GRAMMY Awards are on Sunday, January 26.
